Class Representative Service Payments definition

Class Representative Service Payments means the payment to the Class Representatives for initiating the Action and providing services in support of the Action.
Class Representative Service Payments means the payments made to the Plaintiffs in their capacity as Class Representatives to compensate them for initiating and pursuing the Action, undertaking the prosecution of the Action, and granting the general release under the Settlement.
Class Representative Service Payments means the amount the Court awards to the Class Representatives in order to compensate them for prosecuting the Actions, performing work in support of the Actions, undertaking the risk of liability for Defendant’s expenses, and for providing a Complete and General Release to the Released Parties.   • Should the Court decline to conditionally certify the Class or to Preliminarily Approve all material aspects of the Settlement, the Settlement will be null and void, and the Parties will have no further obligations under it, provided, however, that the amounts of the Class Counsel Attorneys’ Fees, Class Counsel Litigation Costs, Administration Expense Payment, and Class Representative Service Payments may be determined by the Court, and the Court’s determination on these amounts shall be final and binding.

More Definitions of Class Representative Service Payments

Class Representative Service Payments means the amounts to be paid to the Class Representatives for their effort and work in prosecuting the Action, and for their general release of claims as set forth in Paragraph 6.8, which is in addition to whatever payments they may otherwise be entitled as Participating Class Members. Subject to the Court granting final approval of this Settlement Agreement and subject to the exhaustion of any and all appeals, Plaintiffs will request Court approval of Class Representative Service Payments not in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), each.
