Residual Auction Revenue Rights means incremental stage 1 Auction Revenue Rights created within a Planning Period by an increase in transmission system capability, including the return to service of existing transmission capability, that was not modeled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.5 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix, section 7.5 in compliance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.4.2 (h) and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 7.4.2(h), and, if modeled, would have increased the amount of stage 1 Auction Revenue Rights allocated pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.4.2 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 7.4.2; provided that, the foregoing notwithstanding, Residual Auction Revenue Rights shall exclude: 1) Incremental Auction Revenue Rights allocated pursuant to Tariff, Part VI; and 2) Auction Revenue Rights allocated to entities that are assigned cost responsibility pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6 for transmission upgrades that create such rights.
Class C Component The Component having such designation.
Class D Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class D Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".
Class B Component The Component having such designation.
CLASS Features means certain CCIS-based features available to Customers, including: Automatic Call Back; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.
Class C Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class C Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".
Class Factor As to any date of determination and any Class of Certificates (other than the Interest Only Classes and the Residual Certificates), a fraction the numerator of which is (i) the aggregate of the denominations of all Certificates of such Class plus, in the case of each Accrual Class, all interest that has accrued on the Certificates of such Class prior to such date of determination and been added to the Class Balance thereof, less (ii) the aggregate amount of all Principal Distribution Amounts, if any, allocable thereto prior to such date of determination and the denominator of which is the original Class Balance of such Class. As to any date of determination and any Interest Only Class, a fraction, the numerator of which is the percentage of the balance specified for such purpose under “Reference Sheet–Notional Classes” in the Prospectus Supplement (or, if applicable, the sum of the applicable percentages of the balances so specified) and the denominator of which is the original Class Balance thereof. Code: The Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including any successor or amendatory provisions.
Participation Percentages means the percentage of the total actual project costs that will be contributed by the OPWC, not to exceed the maximum dollar contribution of the OPWC identified in this Project Agreement, and the percentage of the total actual project costs that will be contributed by the Recipient. Both of the percentages are identified in Appendix D. In the event that the total actual project costs exceed the estimated project costs identified in Appendix D, the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage will increase to reflect the cost overrun, while the OPWC percentage contribution will decrease recognizing that there is a maximum dollar contribution from the OPWC which is identified in this Project Agreement.
Subordinate Percentage As of any Distribution Date and, with respect to any Mortgage Pool comprised of two or more Loan Groups, any Loan Group, 100% minus the related Senior Percentage as of such Distribution Date.
Class size means the maximum number of students who can receive instruction together in a special class or resource room program and the number of teachers and supplementary school personnel assigned to the class.
Class Coupon Formula The formula specified for each Class of variable rate Notes, as set forth in Appendix I for Original Notes and Appendix II for MAC Notes.
Class Data means Class Member identifying information in Defendant’s possession including the Class Member’s name, last-known mailing address, Social Security number, and number of Class Period Workweeks and PAGA Pay Periods.
Class D Component The Component having such designation.
Interest Carry Forward Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class A Certificates or the Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) the amount, if any, by which (a) the Interest Distribution Amount for such Class of Certificates as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date exceeded (b) the actual amount distributed on such Class of Certificates in respect of interest on such immediately preceding Distribution Date, (ii) the amount of any Interest Carry Forward Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date and (iii) accrued interest on the sum of (i) and (ii) above calculated at the related Pass-Through Rate for the most recently ended Interest Accrual Period.
