Class Data definition

Class Data means Class Member identifying information in Defendant’s possession including the Class Member’s name, last-known mailing address, Social Security number, and number of Class Period Workweeks and PAGA Pay Periods.

Class Data means, for each Class Member, his or her name; last-known mailing address; Social Security number; his or her employee identification number; his or her number of workweeks worked during the Class Period as a Class Member.

Examples of Class Data in a sentence

• In the absence of any contrary documentation, the Administrator is entitled to presume that the Workweeks contained in the Class Notice are correct so long as they are consistent with the Class Data.

• To protect Class Members’ privacy rights, the Administrator must maintain the Class Data in confidence, use the Class Data only for purposes of this Settlement and for no other purpose, and restrict access to the Class Data to Administrator employees who need access to the Class Data to effect and perform under this Agreement.

• Without any extension of the deadline by which Defendant must send the Class Data to the Administrator, the Parties and their counsel will expeditiously use best efforts, in good faith, to reconstruct or otherwise resolve any issues related to missing or omitted Class Data.

• Code §1152, and all copies and summaries of the Class Data provided to Class Counsel by Defendant in connection with the mediation, other settlement negotiations, or in connection with the Settlement, may be used only with respect to this Settlement, and no other purpose, and may not be used in any way that violates any existing contractual agreement, statute, or rule of court.

• Within fifteen (15) days after service on Defendant of the Preliminary 11 Approval Order, Defendant shall provide the Class Data to the Settlement Administrator.

Class Data means information regarding Class Members that Defendant will compile in good faith from its records and provide to the Settlement Administrator. The Class Data shall be provided in a confidential Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and shall include, for each Class Member: name, last-known mailing address, social security number, email address (if known and available to Defendant), the number of Workweeks, and the number of PAGA Pay Periods.

Class Data means Class Member identifying information in Quadrtech’s possession including the Class Member’s name, last-known mailing address, Social Security number, service dates, and the number of Class Period Workweeks and PAGA Pay Periods.

Class Data means the data and information available to LifeLock, after a reasonable review to ascertain the accuracy of that data and information, to be provided by LifeLock to the Settlement Administrator for the Settlement Administrator’s use in disseminating Notice, processing Claims, and making Settlement payments, including information in LifeLock’s possession identifying each Class Member’s name, last known address and/or last known email address, and date of enrollment in a LifeLock identity theft protection plan.
