  • The words "You" and "Your" mean each person accepting this Agreement or who uses the VISA Classic, VISA Classic Secured or VISA Platinum Credit Card.

  • The word "Account" means the VISA Classic, VISA Classic Secured or VISA Platinum Credit Card established for You under this Agreement.

  • Universal bilateral modification means a bilateral modification, as defined in FAR subpart 43.1, that updates or incorporates new FAR or AIDAR clauses, other terms and conditions, or special requirements, affecting all USAID awards or a class of awards, as specified in the Agency notification of such modification.

  • Summer Season in any year, means the Season commencing on 01 April in that year;

  • RSC means the Regional Security Coordinator(s) (RSC(s)) appointed for CCR Hansa, unless it is explicitly otherwise stated, according to Article 77(1)(a) of the SO Regulation that will perform the tasks allocated to this(these) RSC(s) according to Article 77(1)(c)(i) of the SO Regulation;
