Cleanup Manager definition

Cleanup Manager means an employee of the Environmental Response Trust or the Administrative Trustee with responsibilities for certain Environmental Actions and related activities at Properties located in a specified geographic area, as described in, inter alia, Paragraphs 45-47 of this Settlement Agreement.
Cleanup Manager or “Environmental Response Trust Cleanup Manager” means an employee of the Environmental Response Trust or the Environmental Response Trust Administrative Trustee with responsibilities for certain Environmental Actions and related activities at Properties located in a specified geographic area, as described and designated pursuant to, inter alia, Paragraphs 45-47 of the Settlement Agreement.

  • Each Cleanup Manager will report to and be subject to the supervision of the Administrative Trustee and will be responsible for working with the Lead Agencies to arrange for the implementation of Environmental Actions at each Property consistent with the approved Annual Cleanup Budget.

  • The Environmental Response Trust or Administrative Trustee shall employ a Cleanup Manager for (a) the Properties in the State of Michigan, (b) the Properties in the State of New York, (c) the Properties in the States of Delaware, Louisiana and Ohio and the Commonwealths of Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, collectively, and (d) the Properties in the States of Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, New Jersey and Wisconsin, collectively.

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

  • Floodplain Management means the operation of an overall program of corrective and preventive measures for reducing flood damage, including but not limited to emergency preparedness plans, flood control works and floodplain management regulations.

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Environmental Management Framework and “EMF” mean the framework of the Borrower for the management of social and environmental aspects of the Project dated April 24, 2007 and disclosed to the public on even date therewith, as may be amended from time to time with the prior approval of the Bank.

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

  • Environmental Management Plan or “EMP” means the environmental management plan for the Project, including any update thereto, incorporated in the IEE;

  • Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;

  • Stormwater management BMP means an excavation or embankment and related areas designed to retain stormwater runoff. A stormwater management BMP may either be normally dry (that is, a detention basin or infiltration system), retain water in a permanent pool (a retention basin), or be planted mainly with wetland vegetation (most constructed stormwater wetlands).

  • Brownfield site means an abandoned, idled, or underutilized industrial or commercial facility where expansion or redevelopment is complicated by real or perceived environmental contamination. A brownfield site includes property contiguous with the property on which the individual or commercial facility is located. A brownfield site shall not include property which has been placed, or is proposed for placement, on the national priorities list established pursuant to the federal Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq.

  • Quality Manager means the individual identified by the Design-Builder who is responsible for the overall Quality Control program and Quality Control activities of the Design-Builder, including the quality of management, design and construction. (also referred to as the “Quality Control Manager”).
