Clear line of sight definition
Clear line of sight means the distance that can be seen by the average person without special instrumentation (e.g., binoculars, telescope, spyglasses, etc.) on a clear day.
Clear line of sight. With Respect to Shares to Be Tendered. Securityholders of the Company shall have delivered Stockholder Tender Agreements and all related documents identified therein and/or the documents specified in the Offer to Purchase obligating them to sell at least 18,401,522 shares of capital stock in accordance with the terms of the Offer to Purchase.
