Clearing System Operator definition

Clearing System Operator means the operator of each of Euroclear and Clearstream and, if relevant, the Alternative Clearing System
Clearing System Operator means (i) in the case of a Regulation S Global Certificate, the operator of each of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg and, if relevant, the Alternative Clearing System, and (ii) in the case of a Rule 144A Global Certificate, the operator of DTC or, if relevant, the Alternative Clearing System;

More Definitions of Clearing System Operator

Clearing System Operator means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority or any successor operator of that clearance system, or in the case of any Alternative Clearance System, the operator for the time being of that clearance system and “Clearing System Operators” shall be construed accordingly;
Clearing System Operator means Clearstream, Luxembourg, Euroclear or any other person who falls within the definition of "Alternative Clearing System" in the Conditions relating to any Global Note or Global Certificate;

  • Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

Switching and Tagging Rules:

  • Capacity Resource Clearing Price means the price calculated for a Capacity Resource that offered and cleared in a Base Residual Auction or Incremental Auction, in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.
