Client Representative definition

Client Representative means any representative of client appointed from time to time.

More Definitions of Client Representative

Client Representative means the person notified to VERIPOS, who has the power to legally bind the CLIENT to any course of action within the rights and obligations of CLIENT under these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. CLIENT may change the CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE at any time by notifying VERIPOS, in writing, of such change.
