Client Securities Standing Authority definition

Client Securities Standing Authority means the standing authority granted by me/us to you in the terms set out in Clause 6.6 of the Additional Terms for Margin Securities Trading as amended from time to time;
Client Securities Standing Authority means the standing authority granted by the Client to uSMART SG in the terms set out in Clause 55 as amended from time to time.
Client Securities Standing Authority means the standing authority granted by the Client to ICBCIS or ICBCIF in the Account Opening Document or such other standing authority granted by the Client to ICBCIS or ICBCIF pursuant to the Client Securities Rules, which is effective from time to time;

Examples of Client Securities Standing Authority in a sentence

  • The Company is accountable to the Client for the return of any securities borrowed, lent, or deposited under the Client Securities Standing Authority.

  • The Client understands that the Company may give to the Client written notice of 14 days prior to the expiry of this letter reminding the Client that the Client Securities Standing Authority is soon to expire, and if the Client has not opposed to the renewal of this letter, the Client Securities Standing Authority should be deemed to have been renewed on a continuing basis without the Client’s consent.

  • The Client Securities Standing Authority does not cover any consideration the Client must pay or be paid for the Company’s borrowing, lending or depositing any of the Client’s securities.

  • The Client Securities Standing Authority is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of this letter subject to renewal by the Client or deemed renewal under the Client Securities Rules.

  • The Client Securities Standing Authority may be revoked by the Client at any time by giving to the Company prior written notice of termination of not less than 14 business days.

  • Client Securities Standing Authority The Client Securities Standing Authority covers all securities purchased or held by the Company on the Client’s behalf.

  • Client Securities Standing Authority The Client Securities Standing Authority is in respect of the treatment of the Client’s securities or securities collateral as set out below.

  • The Client hereby irrevocably gives to the Company the authority on the terms and conditions as set out in Letter of Authority (Client Securities Standing Authority) for twelve months from the date of this Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise defined, all the terms used in the Client Securities Standing Authority shall have the same meanings as in the Agreement.

  • Other Terms : a) The granting of this facility is subject to your signing and the continuance in force of the Client Securities Standing Authority in our favour.

Client Securities Standing Authority means each of the authority given by the Client to the Company in accordance with Clause 3.2(a) to 3.2(f) of this Margin Client Agreement; 「客戶證券常設授權」指客戶根據本保證金客戶協議第 3.2(a)至 3.2(f)條給予本公司的每個授權;

  • Client Securities Rules means the Securities and Futures (Client Securities) Rules (Cap 571H of the Laws of Hong Kong).

  • Government Security means any security issued or guaranteed as to principal or interest by the United States, or by a person controlled or supervised by and acting as an instrumentality of the Government of the United States pursuant to authority granted by the Congress of the United States; or any certificate of deposit for any of the foregoing.

  • relevant securities means Ordinary Shares and securities carrying conversion or subscription rights into Ordinary Shares;

  • Portfolio Securities or "investments" of the Series shall mean, respectively, such assets, net assets, securities, portfolio securities or investments which are from time to time under the management of the Subadviser pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Purchasing Authority means the officer signing the acceptance of tender and shall include any officer who has authority to execute the relevant contract on behalf of the Purchaser.
