Client Securities Standing Authority definition

Client Securities Standing Authority means the standing authority granted by the Client to the Company in the terms set out in Clause 13 hereof, as amended from time to time; 「客戶證券常設授權」指由客戶按照此條款及條件第 13 條經不時修訂之條款所賦予本公司之常設授權;

More Definitions of Client Securities Standing Authority

Client Securities Standing Authority means the client securities standing authority granted by the Customer to CSBHK pursuant to Section 6 (1)(c) of the Client Securities Rules and in the terms set out in Clause 8 below as amended or supplemented from time to time;
