Clinical Administrative Services means non-patient care activities that may not be patient-specific but require the professional expertise of a physician, including Attachment Services and QI Services.

• The Physicians are responsible for allocating and distributing payments for Clinical Administrative Services and Incentive Payments paid by the Agency to the Physician Representative under this Contract amongst the Physicians in accordance with their intra-physician group governance agreement.
