The Physicians are responsible for allocating and distributing payments for Clinical Administrative Services and Incentive Payments paid by the Agency to the Physician Representative under this Contract amongst the Physicians in accordance with their intra-physician group governance agreement.
The parties acknowledge their shared expectation that the total time required for Clinical Administrative Services approximates and is guided by the funding for the Clinical Administrative Services, set out in APPENDIX 2.
