Clinical Administrative Services means the participation in the evaluation of the efficiency, quality and delivery of the Services that requires the professional expertise of a physician, including, participation in medical audits, peer and interdisciplinary reviews, chart reviews and incident report reviews, where such activities are specific to the Services in this Contract. For clarity, time spent performing administrative services that are part of hospital/clinic administrative positions, performing other physician administrative/business duties, except those listed in this Contract, cannot be included in the reporting of hours for the Services under this Contract. “Clinically-Related Teaching” and “Clinically-Related Research” means teaching provided concurrent with patient care (bedside teaching) or research directly related to the needs of a particular patient (for example, investigating the appropriateness of particular diagnostic and therapeutic interventions).

Related to Clinical Administrative Services

  • Administrative Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

  • PJM Administrative Service means the services provided by PJM pursuant to Tariff, Schedule 9.

  • Health and Human Services or “HHS” includes HHSC and DSHS.

This plan covers developmental services unless specifically listed as not covered.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
