Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 1 means a registered nurse appointed as such to a position approved by the Hospital, who has at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience and in addition has approved post registration nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which they are appointed, or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 1 means a registered nurse appointed as such to the position approved by the hospital who has at least five (5) years full time equivalent post registration nursing experience and who has in addition approved post registration nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which they are appointed or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the employer.

In addition, the employee must have approved postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which they are appointed or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by MUH. MUH may also require a higher qualification in the specialist nursing field where such a qualification is considered essential for the performance of the individual position. Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 3 means a Registered Nurse appointed as such to a position approved by MUH, who has at least 7 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 5 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field. In addition, the employee must have approved postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which they are appointed or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by MUH. MUH may also require a higher qualification in the specialist nursing field where such a qualification is considered essential for the performance of the individual position.

If at any time (i) both S&P and Moody’s rate a Permitted Investment and (ii) one of those ratings is below the Highest Rating Category, then such Permitted Investment will, nevertheless, be deemed to be rated in the Highest Rating Category if the lower rating is no more than one rating category below the highest rating category of that rating agency. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “Aa3” by Moody’s is rated in the Highest Rating Category. If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that Rating Agency, then the Permitted Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Moody’s is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) means the maximum weight of the vehicle, as specified by the manufacturer. GVWR includes total vehicle weight plus fluids, passengers, and cargo.
