Closing Capital Differential definition

Closing Capital Differential means the positive or negative difference between the SWNB Closing Capital and the Closing Capital Requirement.
Closing Capital Differential means the positive or negative differential between the AB Closing Capital and the Closing Capital Requirement. "Determination Date" means the tenth day immediately preceding the Effective Date. "Disclosure Schedule" has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.1. "Effective Date" means the date on which the Effective Time occurs.
