Closing Interest definition

Closing Interest means an amount equal to the interest which would have accrued on an amount equal to the Purchase Price from the Effective Date up to the Closing Date, such interest being calculated at the Interest Rate.
Closing Interest. The Closing Interest shall be payable by the Purchaser to the Sellers on the Closing Date in the same manner as the payment of the Paying Agent Amount in accordance with this Agreement.
