Lockbox Date definition

Lockbox Date means February 20, 2016.

Lockbox Date means 11:59 p.m. local time on a date agreed to by CPLP and DSS LP (provided that, if they fail to agree, the Lockbox Date will be 11:59 p.m. local time on the last day of the month in which this information statement becomes effective, but not earlier than December 31, 2018).
