Accenture may: (i) use usage patterns, trends, statistics, and other data derived from use of the SaaS Services (but not Client Content itself) for purposes of developing or improving the SaaS Services and other Accenture products and services; and (ii) provide information to the Cloud Vendor regarding Client’s use of the PaaS, subject to the Cloud Vendor’s obligations of confidentiality, for Cloud Vendor’s use to improve its cloud infrastructure services.
