Club Affiliate definition

Club Affiliate or “Team Affiliate” means any entity or person owned by (wholly or partly), controlled by, affiliated with, or related to a Club or any owner of a Club.
Club Affiliate means any commercial affiliate of any Participating Club, including any affiliated company, licensee, agent, sponsor, marketing partner, media partner or other commercial partner, whether appointed directly or indirectly by the relevant Participating Club or its nominee.
Club Affiliate means a person who is associated with a club, however not necessarily participating in the sport of Ice Hockey in Queensland.

  • A Club Affiliate judge may be a member of the group hosting the sanctioned test.

  • The Club Affiliate judge may show their own dog in a class for which he is the judge of record if another TDAA judge is present and steps in to judge that run.

  • A Club Affiliate judge shall be allowed to be the judge of record for a trial when the host club has conducted a second trial in the same year employing a judge from outside of the club’s geographic area.

  • The commercial value of the Competition (and the value of any commercial rights to the Competition) may be substantially diminished if any Club Affiliate or any third party contracted to a Participating Club engages in or permits any Ambush Marketing activity.

Club Affiliate means any Registered Player, Team, Club Official, Team Affiliate or any other individual or organization that has an association with the Club.

  • Controlled Affiliate means any Affiliate of the specified Person that is, directly or indirectly, Controlled by the specified Person.

  • Affiliated Party means, with respect to any Purchaser, any person or entity which, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such Purchaser, including, without limitation, any general partner, officer or director of such Purchaser and any venture capital fund now or hereafter existing which is controlled by one or more general partners of, or shares the same management company as, such Purchaser.

  • Covered Affiliate has the meaning assigned to the term “affiliate” in, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, 12 U.S.C. § 1841(k).

  • Business Entity means a natural or legal person, business corporation, professional services corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, business trust, association or any other legal commercial entity organized under the laws of this State or of any other state or foreign jurisdiction;

  • Affiliate means, with respect to a specified Person, another Person that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, Controls or is Controlled by or is under common Control with the Person specified.

  • Affiliated Entity means any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with an Insured.

  • Screened Affiliate means any Affiliate of a Holder (i) that makes investment decisions independently from such Holder and any other Affiliate of such Holder that is not a Screened Affiliate, (ii) that has in place customary information screens between it and such Holder and any other Affiliate of such Holder that is not a Screened Affiliate and such screens prohibit the sharing of information with respect to the Company or its Subsidiaries, (iii) whose investment policies are not directed by such Holder or any other Affiliate of such Holder that is acting in concert with such Holder in connection with its investment in the Notes, and (iv) whose investment decisions are not influenced by the investment decisions of such Holder or any other Affiliate of such Holder that is acting in concert with such Holders in connection with its investment in the Notes.
