Commercial Partner definition

Commercial Partner means each third party person or entity with whom Executive interacts on behalf of the Company during the term of his employment with the Company, whether pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, including, without limitation, licensors, licensees, contract research organizations, contract sales organizations and joint venture partners; provided that, on the date of the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, Commercial Partner shall mean those third party persons and entities with whom Executive interacted on behalf of the Company during the Lookback Period.

Commercial Partner means Pacific and/or any party or parties responsible for the Commercialisation of Products.
