Club Cards definition

Club Cards means cards issued for various group discounts available for a certain number of visits to any of the Restaurants that are valid for use only from January 1 through December 31 of a calendar year.

  • If ten or more cards are issued pursuant to this Agreement, the Company shall be strictly liable for any unauthorized use of the Club Cards.

  • If either party terminates this Agreement, the Company shall immediately cut in half all Club Cards issued and return them to Aloha.

  • If fewer than ten Club Cards are issued, the Company will be liable up to a maximum of $50.00 per card for any use of Club Cards by anyone other than a Cardholder occurring prior to notice to Aloha, orally or in writing, of the possible loss, theft or unauthorized use.

  • Retail pharmacy means a pharmaceutical facility dispensing prescription drugs and devices to the general public.

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module which when used with the appropriate mobile phone handset enables you to access the Network.

  • Cardholder means a person authorized to use a Card.

  • motor car means any motor vehicle other than a transport vehicle, omnibus, road-roller, tractor, motor cycle or invalid carriage;

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.

  • Cardholders persons authorized to use Association or Network branded cards.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Tournament means a competition for the playing of Poker, which is restricted to persons who have completed an entry form and have paid the prescribed entry fee;

  • Kiosk means a department in a RIME Store.

  • Game ticket or "ticket" means an acceptable evidence of Play, which is a ticket produced in a manner that meets the specifications defined in the rules of each Selling Lottery and Rule 31 (Play Validation) and is a physical representation of the Play or Plays sold to the player or is a properly and validly registered ticketless transaction Play.
