Company Website means the collection of web pages that may be accessed on the World Wide Web using the URL address xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or such other address as the Company may from time to time designate in writing to the Trustee.
FRBNY’s Website means the website of the FRBNY at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source.
NYFRB’s Website means the website of the NYFRB at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source.
Company’s Website means the website of the Company and/or its web-address or domain name (if any).
CMSA Website means the CMSA's Website located at "xxx.xxxx.xxx" or such other primary website as the CMSA may establish for dissemination of its report forms.
CREFC® Website The CREFC®’s Website located at “xxx.xxxxx.xxx” or such other primary website as the CREFC® may establish for dissemination of its report forms.
Internet Website The Internet Websites maintained by the Trustee and, if applicable, the Master Servicer initially located at "xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx" and "xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx", respectively, or such other address as provided to the parties hereto from time to time.
Website means the City of Tulsa’s website for the Purchasing Division: www.cityoftulsapurchasing.org.
Data Site means an electronic password protected data site maintained by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of Borrower) at Xxxxxxx Corporation, Intralinks, SyndTrak Online or any other similar electronic distribution system reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
SOFR Administrator’s Website means the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source for the secured overnight financing rate identified as such by the SOFR Administrator from time to time.
17g-5 Information Provider’s Website The 17g-5 Information Provider’s Internet website, which shall initially be located within the Certificate Administrator’s Website (xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx), under the “NRSRO” tab on the page relating to this transaction.
Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website The website established and maintained by the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider pursuant to Section 12.06 and Section 12.13 of this Agreement, initially located at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, under the “NRSRO” tab for the related transaction.
Link means a situation in which two or more natural or legal persons are either linked by a direct or indirect holding in an undertaking which represents 10% or more of the capital or of the voting rights or which makes it possible to exercise a significant influence over the management of the undertaking in which that holding subsists.
Rating Information means any information provided for the purpose of determining the initial credit rating for the Notes or undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Notes (as contemplated by paragraph (a)(3)(iii)(C) of Rule 17g-5).
Settlement Website means the website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator which will contain, among other things, the Notice and Claim Forms, and documents related to the settlement.
Web means the World Wide Web, containing among other things pages written in the hypertext markup language and/or any similar successor technology.
Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
World Wide Web means an information browsing framework that allows a user to locate and access information stored on a remote computer and to follow references from one computer to related information on another computer; and
