CMHC Funding definition

CMHC Funding means the maximum amount specified in paragraph 8.1, subject to the terms of this Agreement;
CMHC Funding means any amount of funding provided by CMHC to BCHMC under Schedule B to this Agreement;
CMHC Funding. — means any amount of funding provided by CMHC to MHRC under Schedule B to this Agreement;

Examples of CMHC Funding in a sentence

  • In addition, CMHC Funding cannot be reallocated among Initiatives.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, CMHC acknowledges that variation in Targets and Outcomes may occur and is permitted, where reasonable and will not, in and of itself, result in a breach of this Agreement or the withholding of CMHC Funding under a Claim.

  • Payment of CMHC Funding for each Fiscal Year is conditional on having in place a completed and agreed-to Annual Plan for that Fiscal Year.

  • The total of all Quarterly Claims received for CMHC Funding in respect of any Fiscal Year must be in accordance with the completed and agreed-to Annual Plan for that Fiscal Year.

  • Contributions, whether by way of CMHC Funding or Contributions by Others or both, must not be structured as loans other than to secure correction or recovery in the case of non-compliance.

  • These notional amounts are included in the maximum amount of CMHC Funding set out in subsection 3.2 above of this Schedule B and remains subject to subparagraph 5.2 of the Agreement and appropriations by Parliament.

  • By March 31, 2024, the total Commitments of Cost-Matched Funding under this Schedule B.1 must at least be equal to the total of CMHC Funding paid pursuant to subsection 6.1 above, for the Fiscal Years ending March 31, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

  • By March 31, 2025, the total Commitments of Cost-Matched Funding under this Schedule B.1 must be at least equal to the total of CMHC Funding paid pursuant to subsection 6.1 above, for the Fiscal Years ending March 31, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 By March 31, 2026, the total Commitments of Cost-Matched Funding under this Schedule B.1 must be at least equal to the total of CMHC Funding paid pursuant to subsection 6.1 above, for the Fiscal Years ending March 31, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

  • By March 31, 2023, the total Commitments of Cost-Matched Funding under this Schedule B.1 must be at least equal to the total of CMHC Funding paid pursuant to subsection 6.1 above, for the Fiscal Years ending March 31, 2021 and 2022.

  • Payment of CMHC Funding is conditional on having in place a completed and agreed-to Schedule E.


More Definitions of CMHC Funding

CMHC Funding means any amount of funding provided by CMHC to Ontario under Schedule B to this Agreement;
CMHC Funding means the amount specified in paragraph 4.1, but subject to change in accordance with this agreement;
CMHC Funding means any amount of funding provided by CMHC to the SHQ under this Agreement.

Related to CMHC Funding

  • Match funding or “match share” means cash or in-kind (non-cash) contributions provided by the Applicant/Recipient, subcontractors, or other parties that will be used in performance of the proposed project. Match share percentage is calculated by dividing the total match share contributions by the total allowable project cost. “Total allowable project cost” is the sum of the CEC’s reimbursable share and Recipient’s match share of the project costs. Match share expenditures have the following requirements:

  • CarMax Funding means CarMax Auto Funding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Initial Funding means the funding of the initial Loans or issuance of the initial Letters of Credit upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 6.01 and 6.

  • Liquidity Funding means (a) a purchase made by any Committed Lender pursuant to its Liquidity Commitment of all or any portion of, or any undivided interest in, an applicable Conduit’s Loans, or (b) any Loan made by a Committed Lender in lieu of such Conduit pursuant to Section 1.1.

  • Funding means the amounts of money provided by the LHIN to the HSP in each Funding Year of this Agreement;

  • Project Funding means the funding for the Services;

  • Additional Funding has the meaning prescribed to that term in clause 4.3 of this Agreement.

  • Initial Funding Date means the Funding Date on which the first Loan is made pursuant to this Agreement, as specified in the Initial Borrower Funding Request.

  • CDO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”

  • student loan means a loan towards a student’s maintenance pursuant to any regulations made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998, section 73 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 or Article 3 of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and includes, in Scotland, a young student’s bursary paid under regulation 4(1)(c) of the Students’ Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 2007.

  • Pre-Funding Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the earliest of (a) the date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account is less than $10,000, (b) the Funding Termination Date or (c) the date on which an Event of Termination occurs.

  • Principal Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(i).

  • Pre-Funding Amount With respect to any date, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Supplemental Interest Trust The corpus of a trust created pursuant to Section 5.07 of this Agreement and designated as the “Supplemental Interest Trust,” consisting of the Swap Agreement, the Swap Account, the Interest Rate Cap Agreement, the Interest Rate Cap Account, the right to receive the Class X Distributable Amount as provided in Section 5.02(f)(vi), the Class LT4-I interest in REMIC 4 and the right to receive Class I Shortfalls.

  • Initial Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans included in the Trust as of the Closing Date.

  • Funding Cycle means the period of time commencing with the Notice of Funding Availability or Notice of Credit Availability pursuant to this rule chapter and concluding with the issuance of allocations or loans to Applicants who applied during a given Application Period.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Income trust means a trust that is not a unitrust.

  • ERISA Funding Rules means the rules regarding minimum required contributions (including any installment payment thereof) to Title IV Plans, as set forth in Sections 412, 430, 431, 432 and 436 of the Code and Sections 302, 303, 304 and 305 of ERISA.

  • Initial Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan conveyed to the Trust Fund on the Closing Date pursuant to this Agreement as identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule delivered to the Trustee on the Closing Date.

  • Finance Company means any Finance Company or other lender with whom You have agreed a Loan or credit agreement through the Supplying Outlet.

  • CFAF means the currency of the Borrower;

  • Residual Funding Facility means any funding arrangement with a financial institution or institutions or other lenders or purchasers under which advances are made to the Company or any Subsidiary based upon residual, subordinated or retained interests in Receivables Entities or any of their respective securities, debt instruments or other Indebtedness.

  • Capital One means Capital One, National Association.

  • CFA means the Central finance Assistance to be provided by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Urja Suraksha xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx (PM-XXXXX) scheme as per the Guidelines for Implementation of Feeder Level Solarisation under Component-C of PM- XXXXX Scheme issued on date 4-12-2020 with subsequent amendment/s, if any. “Changein Law” shallhavethemeaningascribedtheretoinArticle12of thisAgreement; “Commercial Operation Date(COD)” shallmeanthedate certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as perprovisionsofthis Agreement)ofthe project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.

  • Broken Funding Costs means for any Purchaser Interest which: (i) has its Capital reduced without compliance by Seller with the notice requirements hereunder or (ii) does not become subject to an Aggregate Reduction following the delivery of any Reduction Notice or (iii) is assigned under Article XIII or terminated prior to the date on which it was originally scheduled to end; an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (A) the CP Costs or Yield (as applicable) that would have accrued during the remainder of the Tranche Periods or the tranche periods for Commercial Paper determined by the Agent to relate to such Purchaser Interest (as applicable) subsequent to the date of such reduction, assignment or termination (or in respect of clause (ii) above, the date such Aggregate Reduction was designated to occur pursuant to the Reduction Notice) of the Capital of such Purchaser Interest if such reduction, assignment or termination had not occurred or such Reduction Notice had not been delivered, over (B) the sum of (x) to the extent all or a portion of such Capital is allocated to another Purchaser Interest, the amount of CP Costs or Yield actually accrued during the remainder of such period on such Capital for the new Purchaser Interest, and (y) to the extent such Capital is not allocated to another Purchaser Interest, the income, if any, actually received during the remainder of such period by the holder of such Purchaser Interest from investing the portion of such Capital not so allocated. In the event that the amount referred to in clause (B) exceeds the amount referred to in clause (A), the relevant Purchaser or Purchasers agree to pay to Seller the amount of such excess. All Broken Funding Costs shall be due and payable hereunder upon demand.
