  • Any monies paid by the Issuer to the Principal Paying Agent, CMU Lodging and Paying Agent (as the case may be) or the Trustee for the payment of the principal or interest in respect of any Notes or Coupons and remaining unclaimed when such Notes or Coupons become void will then revert to the Issuer and all liability of the Principal Paying Agent, the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent (as the case may be) or the Trustee with respect thereto will thereupon cease.
