CNX Gas means CNX Gas Company LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. “Code” means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended and in effect from time to time. Any reference herein to a specific section or sections of the Code shall be deemed to include a reference to any corresponding provision of any successor law.
CNX Gas means CNX Gas Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
CNX Gas has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • NGL means natural gas liquids.
