Coal Supply Contracts definition

Coal Supply Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(c).
Coal Supply Contracts means the coal supply contracts in full force and effect as of the Sixth Amendment Date and each other additional agreement in respect of sales of coal supply entered into after the Sixth Amendment Date by any Credit Party.
Coal Supply Contracts means the contract or contracts under which the Partnership will purchase the necessary coal fuel for the Facilities, including related transportation contracts.
