Coalition Union definition

Coalition Union means signatories to this Agreement which have executed a collective bargaining agreement with the City.

  • Each Coalition Union shall designate employees and notify Management in advance in writing when a Released Employee is designated by the Union.

  • In order to ensure the City maintains control over public resources, a designee of each Coalition Union will notify Management in advance in writing of the need to release an employee and confirm the employee has been released.

  • The provisions of this National Agreement only apply as an addendum to such Local Agreements if employees in these bargaining units are represented by a Coalition Union.

  • If, after thirty (30) days following such submission to the Rapid Response Team of outstanding matters, the Union and the Employer remain unable to reach a collective bargaining agreement, at the discretion of the Union, the matter may be submitted by the Coalition Union to conventional binding interest arbitration in accordance with procedures set forth below.

  • When a Coalition Union seeks to organize non-represented Red Cross employees under this Article, the Coalition shall provide Red Cross with a written Notification of Interest, which shall state the job classifications and location of the employees that the Union seeks to represent and which Coalition Union seeks representation.

  • If, after thir- ty (30) days following such submission to the Rapid Response Team of outstanding matters, the Union and the Employer remain unable to reach a collective bargaining agreement, at the discretion of the Union, the matter may be sub- mitted by the Coalition Union to conventional binding interest arbitration in accordance with procedures set forth below.

  • Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
