  • Regarding COATING AND MACHINING SERVICES, OERLIKON METCO shall bear the costs for the corresponding repair or reprocessing work which occurs outside its works if it is not possible to carry out such repairs or reprocessing work in OERLIKON METCO works, or if this would involve unreasonable expenses.

  • In case of doubt, ENGINEERING SERVICESprovided for the development of a SYSTEM or COATING AND MACHINING SERVICES shall be deemed to be made available for the procurement of such goods or services from OERLIKON AM.
