  • Carrier shall, for each month, calculate an equalization adjustment to account for quality differences for Light Condensate tendered to the Cochin Pipeline by or on behalf of each Shipper.

  • If a Shipper or its designee fails to remove its Light Condensate from the Cochin Pipeline in accordance with paragraph (a) of this Rule 14, then Carrier shall have the right to remove and sell such Light Condensate in such lawful manner as deemed appropriate by Carrier.
