Light Condensate definition

Light Condensate means a liquid hydrocarbon having properties conforming to those specified in Rule 4(a).

Examples of Light Condensate in a sentence

  • Shipper shall be entitled to have delivered to it only that portion of its shipment as may remain after deduction of its pro rata share of any loss of Light Condensate while in the custody of Carrier, as determined by Carrier in accordance with Rule 15(b), and after any deductions or adjustments made by Carrier pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this Rule 12.

  • Shipper shall report to the Canada Border Services Agency all importations of Light Condensate into Canada and to the United States Customs and Border Protection all exports of Light Condensate from the United States into Canada.

  • Carrier shall, for each month, calculate an equalization adjustment to account for quality differences for Light Condensate tendered to the Cochin Pipeline by or on behalf of each Shipper.

  • Carrier hereby advises that it may appoint an agent to hold possession of Shipper's Light Condensate for the purpose of enforcing its general lien.

  • Carrier shall, as deemed necessary by Carrier, determine the kinematic Viscosity of Light Condensate received by Carrier in accordance with ASTM D 445 or the latest revision to such Standard or such other test as may be agreed to by Carrier and Shipper.

  • If charges for the transportation of a Shipper's Light Condensate remain unpaid for ten days after notice of demand for payment of such charges and costs is made to such Shipper by Carrier, then Carrier shall have the right to remove and sell any or all of such Shipper's Light Condensate that is in the possession of Carrier in such lawful manner as deemed appropriate by Carrier.

  • Except where caused by the direct negligence of Carrier, Carrier shall not be liable to a Shipper for any delay, damage, loss or consequential loss resulting from any cause while Carrier is in possession or control of such Shipper's Light Condensate, including, without limitation, the breakdown of the facilities of Carrier.

  • Carrier shall not be obligated to accept a Shipper's Light Condensate where such verification is, in the sole discretion of Carrier, unacceptable to Carrier.

  • Each Shipper allocated such a loss shall have 48 hours from when the impacted Light Condensate arrives at the indicated location to make arrangements to take possession and remove its allocated volume from such location.

  • Under no circumstances will Carrier be deemed to have acquired legal or beneficial ownership in any Light Condensate delivered to the Cochin Pipeline.

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse and refined products (other than petrochemicals which are subject to the provisions of Annex II of the present Convention) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the substances listed in Appendix I to this Annex.

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Engine degreaser means a cleaning product designed to remove grease, grime, oil and other contaminants from the external surfaces of engines and other mechanical parts.

  • Blendstock means and includes any petroleum product component of motor fuel, such as naphtha, reformate, or toluene; or any oxygenate that can be blended for use in a motor fuel.

  • Carbon dioxide or “CO2” means the most common of the six primary greenhouse gases, consisting on a molecular level of a single carbon atom and two oxygen atoms.

  • Geothermal fluid means water in any form at temperatures greater than 120

  • Cathode ray tube or “CRT” means a vacuum tube, composed primarily of glass, which is the visual or video display component of an electronic device. A “used, intact CRT” means a CRT whose vacuum has not been released. A “used, broken CRT” means glass removed from its housing or casing whose vacuum has been released.

  • Sanitary Sewer System means all facilities, includ- ing approved LOSS, used in the collection, transmission, storage, treatment, or discharge of any waterborne waste, whether domestic in origin or a combination of domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater. LOSS are only consid- ered sanitary sewer systems if they are designed to serve urban densities. Sanitary sewer system is also commonly known as public sewer system.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR Part 82 subpart G with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/).

  • Diesel means a distillate oil which can be used as fuel for the operation of a compression ignition engine and which has an approximate boiling temperature of between 150 °C to 400 °C;

  • Grease means an organic substance recoverable by procedures set forth in "Standard Methods" and includes but is not limited to hydrocarbons, esters, fats, oils, waxes and high molecular carboxylic acids;

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.

  • Infiltrative surface means designated interface where effluent moves from distribution media or a distribution product into treatment media or original soil. In standard trench or bed systems this will be the interface of the distribution media or product and in-situ soil. Two separate infiltrative surfaces will exist in a mound system and an unlined sand filter, one at the interface of the distribution media and fill sand, the other at the interface of the fill sand and in-situ soil.

  • Injection Point means the Electric Interconnection Point.

  • Flue means a passage for conveying the products of combustion from a gas appliance to the external air.

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Hydrozone means a portion of the landscaped area having plants with similar water needs. A hydrozone may be irrigated or non-irrigated.
