Code 2 definition

Code 2. Code 2 has been assigned to Service Levels that the Parties agree should be established through the baselining process set forth in Section 5.2(c).
Code 2 means an emergency response without delay not requiring emergency lights and siren except as may be required for scene access.
Code 2 has the meaning set out in Schedule 5 [Submittals Procedure]; “Code 3” has the meaning set out in Schedule 5 [Submittals Procedure]; “Code 4” has the meaning set out in Schedule 5 [Submittals Procedure];

Code 2. Has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b) of Schedule B to the Terms and Conditions Schedule B
Code 2 means a non-emergent response with no lights and siren.
Code 2 or non-emergent means a request for ambulance transport which is urgent and is nonemergency and which cannot be scheduled more than one hour in advance.
Code 2 means a response is urgent but not a medical emergency requiring an ambulance to respond immediately with lights and sirens (as in a “Code 3” response).

Code 2. QCSI will Respond with immediate acknowledgment of receipt of the Issue and will, within two (2) hours, assign to the Issue, a QCSI employee with the appropriate skill level who will remain dedicated to the Issue until it is closed. QCSI will make reasonable attempts to Resolve Code 2 Issues within 48 hours. Code 2 Issues must either be reported via telephone or immediately followed with a telephone call upon submission.
