Code of Conduct for Members definition

Code of Conduct for Members means the code of conduct of the Association for Members;
Code of Conduct for Members means the code of conduct for councillors and co- opted members adopted by the Council, or in relation to a Parish Council the code of conduct adopted by that Parish Council.
Code of Conduct for Members means the code of conduct for Members set out in Part 5 of this Constitution;

  • The Board adopts the Illinois Association of School Boards' "Code of Conduct for Members of School Boards." A copy of the Code shall be displayed in the regular Board meeting room.

  • Members are advised to consider the extract from the Standard Board Code of Conduct for Members, which forms part of the Declaration of Interest Form at the back of this Agenda.

  • Members are reminded to consider the categories of interest in the Code of Conduct for Members to determine whether they have an interest in any agenda item and any action they should take.

  • To disclose the existence and nature of any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests, other Pecuniary Interests or Non-Pecuniary Interests relating to items of business on the agenda having regard to paragraphs 6-8 inclusive of the Code of Conduct for Members.

  • Where the Standards Appeal Panel has been convened pursuant to paragraph B1 above, the Standards Appeal Panel shall: (i) Consider the complaint/allegations that an elected or co-opted Member of the Council has failed, or may have failed, to comply with the Council’s Code of Conduct for Members.

  • The Code of Conduct for Members requires that declarations include the nature of the interest and whether it is a disclosable pecuniary interest.

  • In doing so, they shall comply with Annex 11 (Code of Conduct for Members of the Tribunal, Members of the Appeal Tribunal and Mediators).

  • PJM Code of Conduct means the code of ethical standards, guidelines and expectations for PJM’s employees, officers and Board Members in their transactions and business dealings on behalf of PJM as posted on the PJM website and as may be amended from time to time.

  • Professional Conduct Committee means the professional conduct committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(2)(b);

  • Ethics means a set of principles governing the conduct of all persons governed by these rules.

  • Corporate governance annual disclosure means a report an insurer or insurance group files in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 16b, Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure Act.

  • Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee means the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Bylaws means the bylaws of the Corporation, as they may be amended from time to time.

  • Conduct Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(u) hereof.

  • Consulting Guidelines means the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and its Borrowers (2010, as amended from time to time);

  • Director of Public Works means the Director of the Department of Public Works, or his or her designee.

  • Executive commissioner means the executive

  • Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.

  • Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.

  • Executive Board means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the commission.

  • Public Works Director means the Director of the Department of Public Works of the County of Los Angeles.

  • Improper Conduct means conduct which offers any obstruction to the deliberations of proper action of Council.

  • Reckless Conduct means conduct where the supplier of the recreational services is aware, or should reasonably have been aware, of a significant risk that the conduct could result in personal injury to another person and engages in the conduct despite the risk and without adequate justification;

  • Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.

  • Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.

  • Adoption assistance means financial assistance provided to families adopting children with special needs. "Adoption assistance" may be state or federally funded. Federal adoption assistance is authorized by the Adoption Assistance and Child Welfare Act of 1980 (Pub. L. No. 96-272, 94 Stat. 500 (1980)). State adoption assistance is authorized by ORS 418.330 to 418.335.

  • Religious organization means a church, ecclesiastical corporation, or group, not organized for pecuniary profit, that gathers for mutual support and edification in piety or worship of a supreme deity.

  • Executive Member means any elected member of the authority appointed to the executive of that authority;
