Senior Management means personnel of the Company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. This would include all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all the functional heads.

Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.
Senior Manager means each of Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, and/or any other Persons designated by the Board as Senior Managers (collectively, the "Senior Managers").
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.

Medical management technique means a practice which is used to control the cost or utilization of health care services or prescription drug use. The term includes, without limitation, the use of step therapy, prior authorization or categorizing drugs and devices based on cost, type or method of administration.
Senior Managerial Personnel means the personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management, of rank equivalent to General Manager and above, including all functional heads.
Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.
Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.
Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Adaptive management means reliance on scientific methods to test the results of actions taken so that the management and related policy can be changed promptly and appropriately.
continuing professional development means the continuing professional development contemplated in section 32;
Medical cannabis pharmacy means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.
Forest management plan means a written plan prepared and signed by a qualified forester that prescribes measures to optimize production, utilization, regeneration, and harvest of timber. The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. A forest management plan shall include all of the following:
Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
Senior Officers means the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer or the General Counsel of the Company.
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed physician, employed with or contracted with the City, responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the City's drug testing program who has knowledge of substance abuse disorders, laboratory testing procedures, and chain of custody collection procedures; who verifies positive, confirmed test results, and who has the necessary and appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed positive test result together with his or her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.
