Cognizant Plan definition

Cognizant Plan means the Cognizant Retirement Plan.

  • A Member or Vested Former Member shall be credited with Service for Periods of Service completed as an employee of D&B or Cognizant; provided, however, that any such Member or Vested Former Member who was not vested in his or her benefit under the D&B Plan or the Cognizant Plan shall not be credited with Service for Periods of Service completed as an employee of D&B or Cognizant if such Employee incurred a Break in Service prior to his or her employment by the Company or an Affiliated Employer.

  • Prior to March 1, 2016, each Eligible Employee (other than an Eligible Employee who was a participant in the Cognizant Plan on June 30, 1998 and who is otherwise described in the first sentence of this Section 3.1), shall become a Member in the Plan on the first day of the month coincident with or next following the date the Eligible Employee attains Age 21 and completes one year of Eligibility Service.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Supply Plan has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Quality Plan means the quality plan to be produced by the Contractor in accordance with Schedule S2-10 (Quality Plan);

  • Safety Plan means a written document that has procedures, requirements, or standards related to safety which the pool staff shall follow. The safety plan shall include training and emergency response procedures.

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.

  • Integrated Development Plan means a plan formulated and approved as envisaged in Section 25 of the Municipal Systems Act 2000, as amended.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Rectification Plan means the rectification plan pursuant to the Rectification Plan Process;

  • Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;

  • Recovery Plan means a recovery plan drawn up and maintained by an institution in accordance with Article 5;

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Forest management plan means a written plan prepared and signed by a qualified forester that prescribes measures to optimize production, utilization, regeneration, and harvest of timber. The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. A forest management plan shall include all of the following:

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • risk management plan ’ means a risk management plan submitted to the Ad- ministrator by an owner or operator of a stationary source under subparagraph (B)(iii).

  • RBC plan means a comprehensive financial plan containing the elements specified in K.S.A. 40-2c06, and amendments thereto. If the commissioner rejects the RBC plan, and it is revised by the insurer, with or without the commissioner's recommendation, the plan shall be called the "revised RBC plan."

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.
