Collateral Pool Value definition

Collateral Pool Value means the sum of the Approved Appraised Values of all Eligible Real Property from time to time.
Collateral Pool Value means the aggregate Appraised Values of the Collateral Pool Properties.
Collateral Pool Value means, (i) as of any date prior to March 31, 2010, the aggregate Appraised Values of the Initial Collateral Pool Properties then owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor, (ii) for the period from March 31, 2010 through May 31, 2010, the sum of (A) with respect to those Qualifying Collateral Pool Properties then owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor that have been valued by an Appraisal, the aggregate Appraised Values of such Qualifying Collateral Pool Properties and (B) with respect to those Qualifying Collateral Pool Properties then owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor that have not yet been valued by an Appraisal, the sum of (x) the Collateral Pool NOI attributable to any such Qualifying Collateral Pool Properties which have been owned by Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor for the most recent full fiscal quarter for which financial results of Borrower have been reported and for the three (3) immediately preceding entire fiscal quarters multiplied by four and divided by the Capitalization Rate plus (y) the aggregate acquisition cost of such Qualifying Collateral Pool Properties not so owned for such period of four (4) consecutive entire fiscal quarters, and (iii) as of May 31, 2010 and at all times thereafter, the aggregate Appraised Values of the Qualifying Collateral Pool Properties then owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor. For purposes of this definition, to the extent Collateral Pool Value attributable to Qualifying Collateral Pool Properties which are occupied pursuant to Financeable Ground Leases would exceed 15% of Collateral Pool Value, such excess shall be excluded.

  • Each of the Collateral Pool Properties included by the Borrower in calculations of the Collateral Pool Value satisfies all of the requirements contained in this Agreement for the same to be included therein.

  • From and after the date on which the Borrower shall have completed the addition of the Identified Collateral Pool Properties in accordance with Section 5.18, the Borrower shall not permit the Mortgaged Collateral Pool Value to be less than $900,000,000.

Collateral Pool Value means, as of any date of determination for the Collateral Properties or the Villa Units, as the case may be, the aggregate Appraised Value of such Collateral Properties or Villa Units, respectively, as most recently determined under this Agreement, excluding the Appraised Value of any excess undeveloped land of any Collateral Property.
Collateral Pool Value means as of any date of determination the sum (without duplication) of (a) for all Collateral Pool Properties which have not been owned by Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor for a period of six (6) consecutive calendar quarters, the aggregate Appraised Value of such Collateral Properties, plus (b) for all Collateral Pool Properties that have been owned by Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor for a period of at least six (6) consecutive calendar quarters, an amount equal to (i) the Net Operating Income from such Collateral Pool Properties for the two (2) calendar quarters most recently ended times two (2), divided by (ii) the Capitalization Rate.
Collateral Pool Value means the sum of the aggregate of the --------------------- Market Values for the Collateral Pool Properties. Collateral Pool Value means, as of any date of determination for the Collateral Properties or the Villa Units, as the case may be, the aggregate Appraised Value of such Collateral Properties or Villa Units, respectively, as most recently determined under this Agreement, excluding the Appraised Value of any excess undeveloped land of any Collateral Property. “Collateral Property” means the Real Estate that is a Senior Care Property owned by a Borrower that is leased to another Borrower that is an OpCo Affiliate and, if such Senior Care Property is an IGT Facility, subleased to an IGT Hospital, and that has been pledged to Administrative Agent pursuant to a Mortgage. “Collections Account” means a Deposit Account maintained by one or more Borrowers with KeyBank. “Commitment” means, with respect to each Lender, the aggregate of (a) the A/R Revolving Loan Commitment of such Lender and (b) the Real Estate Revolving Loan Commitment of such Lender. “Commitment Increase” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(a). “Commitment Increase Request Notice” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(a). “Commitment Percentage” means, with respect to each Lender, the percentage set forth on Schedule 1.1
Collateral Pool Value means, at the time in question, the aggregate Approved Value of the Mortgaged Property (whether one Project or more) that secures the Loan.
