Successful Launch definition

Successful Launch means, with respect to any satellite, the placing into orbit of such satellite in its assigned orbital position with at least 40% of the transponder capacity fully operational.
Successful Launch means a launch that successfully places a launch vehicle or reentry vehicle and any payload from Earth into a suborbital trajectory, into an orbit around Earth, or otherwise into outer space.
Successful Launch means the launch and insertion of Satellites in the orbit described in Section 3.1.1 of Exhibit A, Part 2 of the ORBCOMM System Procurement Agreement dated September 12, 1995 between ORBCOMM Global and Orbital, as in effect on the date hereof.

More Definitions of Successful Launch

Successful Launch shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Service License Agreement.

Successful Launch with respect to any Satellite, the successful launch and placement of such Satellite into proper geosynchronous orbit at a predetermined longitudinal location or, in the case of Telstar 7, at 129(degree) West Longitude, in any case as certified by a Responsible Officer.

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;

  • Successful Vendor - means the organization or person with whom the order is placed or who is contracted to execute the work as detailed in the bid.
