Satellite Contract definition

Satellite Contract means any contract relating to the construction of EchoStar IV, including, without limitation, the Lockheed Xxxxxx Satellite Contract.

Satellite Contract means the contract entered into between Purchaser and Contractor dated November 30th, 2006 for the delivery of the Satellites and associated hardware and services (Contract number GINC-C-06-0300).

More Definitions of Satellite Contract

Satellite Contract means the satellite construction contract relating to the Satellite.
