Calendar Quarters Clause Samples

The 'Calendar Quarters' clause defines how periods of three consecutive months, starting from January, April, July, or October, are interpreted within the agreement. This clause clarifies that any references to quarters in the contract align with standard calendar quarters, such as Q1 being January to March, Q2 being April to June, and so on. By establishing this definition, the clause ensures consistency and avoids confusion regarding reporting periods, deadlines, or performance measurements tied to quarterly intervals.
