Collateral Reporting Period definition

Collateral Reporting Period means (a) any period commencing from the date that Availability shall have been less than the greater of (i) 20.0% of the Maximum Credit and (ii) $40,000,000, for five (5) consecutive Business Days and ending on the date on which Availability shall have been equal to or greater than (y) 20.0% of the Maximum Credit and (z) $40,000,000 for fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days or (b) upon the occurrence of a Specified Event of Default, the period that such Specified Event of Default shall be continuing.
Collateral Reporting Period. Covenant Trigger Period,””, “Specified Conditions”, and in Section 8.21 shall be increased in proportion to the amount of Revolving Credit Commitment Increase and (ii) each increase in the Revolving Credit Commitments pursuant to this Section 2.6, the dollar thresholds set forth in the definition of “Collateral Reporting Period” shall be increased in proportion to the amount of the Revolving Credit Commitment Increase.

  • Financial reporting year means the latest consecutive twelve-month period for which any of the following reports used to support a financial test is prepared:

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;

  • Collateral Quality Tests means the Collateral Quality Tests set out in the Investment Management Agreement being each of the following:

  • Collateral Quality Test means a test that is satisfied if, as of any date of determination, in the aggregate, the Collateral Loans owned (or in relation to a proposed acquisition of a Collateral Loan, both owned and proposed to be owned) by the Borrower satisfy each of the tests set forth below, calculated in each case in accordance with Section 1.3:

  • Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;

  • Call Report means the Call Report(s) (as defined in Section 4102(4) of the SBJA) of the IDI Subsidiary(ies); and (b) if there are multiple IDI Subsidiaries, all references herein or in any document executed or delivered in connection herewith (including the Certificate of Designation, the Initial Supplemental Report and all Quarterly Supplemental Reports) to any data reported in a Call Report shall refer to the aggregate of such data across the Call Reports for all such IDI Subsidiaries.

  • Reporting Period With respect to each Payment Date and for purposes of making calculations with respect to the hypothetical structure and Reference Tranches as set forth in this Agreement:

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Significant Obligor NOI Quarterly Filing Deadline With respect to each calendar quarter (other than the fourth calendar quarter of any calendar year) and each Significant Obligor, the date that is fifteen (15) days after the Relevant Distribution Date occurring on or immediately following the date by which the related Mortgagor is required to deliver quarterly financial statements to the lender under the related Loan Agreement in connection with such calendar quarter (which date is set forth in Section 10.11(a) for any Significant Obligor with respect to the Trust).

  • Reporting Servicer As defined in Section 11.13.

  • Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.

  • Collateral Records means books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software, computer printouts, tapes, disks and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.

  • Financial Report means the annual financial report prepared under Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act for the Company and its controlled entities;

  • Collateral Release Period means each period commencing with the occurrence of a Collateral Release Event and continuing until the occurrence of the next Collateral Reinstatement Event, if any, immediately following such Collateral Release Event.
