Collateral Substitution Date definition

Collateral Substitution Date means, in respect of any Collateral Substitution, the collateral substitution date specified in the relevant Collateral Substitution Notice;
Collateral Substitution Date the date upon which the requirements specified in the proviso to subsection 11.2(c) have been satisfied.
