Collateral Support Program Request definition
Collateral Support Program Request means the request that a Participating Financial Institution must submit to the Authority to apply for Collateral Support.

For more information visit our privacy policy.Collateral Support means all property (real or personal) assigned, hypothecated or otherwise securing any Collateral and shall include any security agreement or other agreement granting a lien or security interest in such real or personal property.
Program Support Provider means and includes with respect to each Conduit Purchaser any Liquidity Provider and any other Person (other than any customer of such Conduit Purchaser) now or hereafter extending credit or having a commitment to extend credit to or for the account of, or to make purchases from, such Conduit Purchaser pursuant to any Program Support Agreement.
Individual Support Plan means a document in writing (as amended from time to time) between You and a Service User, their family, guardian, advocate or financial manager about the disability services to be delivered to the Service User and how those services will be delivered to meet the Service User’s identified goals;
Indigent Support Programme means a structured program for the provision of indigent support subsidies to qualifying indigent customers in terms of the Council's Indigent Support Policy.
Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.
Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.
Child support order means a support order for a child, including a child who has attained the age of majority under the law of the issuing state or foreign country.
Eligible Letter of Credit means, as of any date of determination thereof, a Commercial Letter of Credit which supports the purchase of Inventory, (a) which Inventory does not constitute Eligible In-Transit Inventory and for which no documents of title have then been issued; (b) which Inventory otherwise would constitute Eligible Inventory when purchased, (c) which Commercial Letter of Credit has an expiry within sixty (60) days of the date of initial issuance of such Commercial Letter of Credit, (d) which Commercial Letter of Credit provides that it may be drawn only after the Inventory is completed and after a document of title reasonably acceptable to the Agent has been issued for such Inventory reflecting a Borrower or the Agent as consignee of such Inventory, and (e) which will constitute Eligible In-Transit Inventory upon satisfaction of the requirements of clause (d) hereof.
Local support means funds from tax sources, gifts, endowments, penal fines, or other funds received from local sources, excluding state and federal aid as stated in this act.
Support Plan means a technical support offering that sets out the level of entitlements purchased by the Customer as described in detail in Schedule - Support Services.
Natural Supports or "Natural Support System" means resources and supports (e.g. relatives, friends, neighbors, significant others, roommates, or the community) who are willing to voluntarily provide services to an individual without the expectation of compensation. Natural supports are identified in collaboration with the individual and the potential "natural support". The natural support is required to have the skills, knowledge, and ability to provide the needed services and supports.
Financial Support means any loans, guarantees, Security or other financial assistance (whether actual or contingent).
Support Provider means in relation to Party A, none. Credit Support Provider means in relation to Party B, none.
Credit Enhancement Agreement means the Agreement among the Sellers, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the Credit Enhancement Provider with respect to the Credit Enhancement.
Medical Child Support Order means any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a domestic relations settlement agreement) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction that:
Program Support Agreement means and includes any Liquidity Agreement and any other agreement entered into by any Program Support Provider providing for: (a) the issuance of one or more letters of credit for the account of any Conduit Purchaser, (b) the issuance of one or more surety bonds for which the such Conduit Purchaser is obligated to reimburse the applicable Program Support Provider for any drawings thereunder, (c) the sale by such Conduit Purchaser to any Program Support Provider of the Purchased Interest (or portions thereof) maintained by such Conduit Purchaser and/or (d) the making of loans and/or other extensions of credit to any Conduit Purchaser in connection with such Conduit Purchaser’s securitization program contemplated in this Agreement, together with any letter of credit, surety bond or other instrument issued thereunder.
Child support means that part of a Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Child Restraint System.
Senior Specified Enhancement Percentage As of any date of determination, 38.00%.
Sponsor Support Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Credit Support Provider has the meaning specified in the Schedule.
First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.
Credit Enhancement Agreements means, collectively, any documents, instruments, guarantees or agreements entered into by the Issuer, any of its Restricted Subsidiaries or any Securitization Entity for the purpose of providing credit support (that is reasonably customary as determined by Issuer’s senior management) with respect to any Permitted Funding Indebtedness or Permitted Securitization Indebtedness.
Credit Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Securities, any person issuing, funding or otherwise making available, for the benefit of Securityholders or any party to a Serviced Corporate Trust Contract, an asset as an enhancement of the credit quality or liquidity of any Securities or the mortgage assets or other assets pledged for or underlying such Securities, such as a letter of credit, surety bond, insurance policy, guaranty, reserve fund pledge or collateral undertaking.
Spousal support order means a support order for a spouse or former spouse of the obligor.
Pharmacy support person means a person, other than a licensed pharmacist, a registered pharmacist-intern, or a registered pharmacy technician, who may perform nontechnical duties assigned by a supervising pharmacist under the pharmacist’s responsibility and supervision.
WOSB Program Repository means a secure, Web-based application that collects, stores, and disseminates documents to the contracting community and SBA, which verify the eligibility of a business concern for a contract to be awarded under the WOSB Program.
