Collateral Trust Estate definition

Collateral Trust Estate means the right, title, and interest of the Collateral Trustees in the Collateral and all rights of the Collateral Trustees under each of the Security Documents.
Collateral Trust Estate means all of the right, title and interest of the Collateral Trustee, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, in and to the Cash Collateral.
