Collateralisation Percentage definition

Collateralisation Percentage means the percentage specified as such in the relevant Final Terms, Pricing Supplement, Series Prospectus or Series Listing Particulars
Collateralisation Percentage means the percentage level specified as such in the Product Terms. The Product Terms may specify a different Collateralisation Percentage in respect of different Collateral Test Dates.
Collateralisation Percentage means the percentage specified as such in the relevant Issue Terms

Examples of Collateralisation Percentage in a sentence

  • The amount of Collateral Assets constituting such Collateral Pool will depend, amongst other things, on the Type of Collateralisation specified as being applicable in the applicable Final Terms, on the Collateralisation Percentage specified in the applicable Final Terms, on whether or not Collateral Valuation at Nominal Value is applicable or on whether or not a Haircut is specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • The amount of Collateral Assets constituting such Collateral Pool will depend, amongst other things, on the Type of Collateralisation, the Collateralisation Percentage, on whether or not Collateral Valuation at Nominal Value is applicable or on whether or not a Haircut is applicable and on the collateralisation method (either MV Collateralisation, NV Collateralisation, Max (MV, NV) Collateralisation or Min (MV, MV) Collateralisation) as specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • If Mark-to-Market is specified as being applicable in the applicable Final Terms, the Collateralised Amount (as defined in Chapter 6 (Terms and Conditions of the Bonds)) that has to be given at the Collateralisation Percentage (as defined in Chapter 6 (Terms and Conditions of the Bonds)) is only in respect of the BCP Shares and not the Cash Collateral.

  • If the Collateralised Amount is higher than the Maximum Threshold for more than 10 consecutive dealing days, the Trustee shall promptly release Security over the requisite number of BCP Shares to the Issuer such that the Collateralised Amount is equal to the Collateralisation Percentage.

  • In particular, where the Collateralisation Percentage is at zero, investors may be fully exposed to credit risk on the Guarantor and their investment may not be collateralised by any Collateral Assets.

  • The Collateral Agent has the option to adjust the Collateralisation Percentage of Secured Notes with Variable Collateralisation during the terms of such Notes and the Collateralisation Percentage may be set as low as zero.Investors in Secured Notes with Variable Collateralisation may be exposed partially or fully to the credit risk of the Guarantor.

Related to Collateralisation Percentage

  • Valuation Percentage means, for any item of Eligible Collateral, the percentage specified in Paragraph 13.

  • Dilution Percentage means the gross amount of all returns, allowances, discounts, credits, write-offs and similar items relating to Borrower's Accounts computed as a percentage of Borrower's gross sales, calculated on a ninety (90) day rolling average.

  • Termination Percentage has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
