Collecting Depository Participants definition

Collecting Depository Participants or “CDPs” shall mean a depository participant as defined under the Depositories Act, 1996, registered with SEBI and who is eligible to procure Bids at the Designated CDP Locations in terms of circular no. CIR/CFD/POLICYCELL/11/2015 dated November 10, 2015 issued by SEBI as per the list available on the websites of BSE and NSE;
Collecting Depository Participants means a depository participant as defined under the Depositories Act, 1996 registered with SEBI and who is eligible to procure Bids at the Designated CDP Locations as per the list available on the websites of BSE and NSE;

  • The Company and the Promoter Selling Shareholder hereby agree that the aggregate amount of commission payable to the Registered Brokers, Collecting Depository Participants and Collecting RTA in relation to the Offer as calculated by the Registrar shall be deposited by the Company and the Promoter Selling Shareholder to the Stock Exchanges prior to the receipt of the final listing and trading approvals.
