Collection Account Letter definition

Collection Account Letter means a collection account letter in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, which letter shall be executed with respect to a Collection Account by a Credit Party or a Special Purpose Distributor in order to effectuate the provisions of Section 8.3 hereof.
Collection Account Letter has the meaning specified in Section 4.02(b).
Collection Account Letter means a letter from the Seller (or its Associate) to the Company, the Agent and Westpac in its various capacities, in relation to the operation of the relevant Collection Account.
