COLLECTION ACCOUNT SHORTFALL definition

COLLECTION ACCOUNT SHORTFALL means, with respect to Series 1997-B and any Distribution Date, the Deficiency Claim Amount, as defined in the Series 1997-B Sale and Servicing Agreement, with respect to such Distribution Date.
COLLECTION ACCOUNT SHORTFALL means (A), with respect to any Series created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, any Distribution Date, and a time of determination, the excess, if any, of the amount required to be distributed on such Distribution Date pursuant to subsections (i) through (vi) of Section 4.6(a) of the Standard Terms and Conditions over the amount on deposit in and available for distribution (or, for the purposes of Section 3.03(a), calculated on a pro forma basis to be on deposit in and available for distribution) on such Distribution Date from the Collection Account related to such Series, and (B) with respect to any Series created pursuant to a Trust Agreement, Sale and Servicing Agreement and Indenture, or with respect to any Series issued by the Issuer, the meaning assigned in the related Series Supplement.
COLLECTION ACCOUNT SHORTFALL means, with respect to the Warehousing Series, (I) with respect to any Distribution Date prior to the occurrence of an Amortization Event, the excess, if any, of (A) the amount required to be distributed on such Distribution Date pursuant to priorities (i) through (vi) of Section 3.6(a) of the Servicing Agreement over (B) Spread Account Available Funds with respect to the immediately preceding Deficiency Claim Date and (II) with respect to any Distribution Date following the occurrence of an Amortization Event, the excess, if any, of (A) the amount required to be distributed on such Distribution Date pursuant to priorities (i) through (vi) of Section 3.6(b) of the Servicing Agreement over (B) the Spread Account Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date. COLLECTION ACCOUNT SHORTFALL means the excess of (i) the amount under Section 2.03(c)(i)-(vii) that is (or that is anticipated by the Borrower in its reasonable judgment to be) payable on the next Payment Date over (ii) the amount (or is anticipated by the Borrower in its reasonable judgment to be on the next date on which a payment is payable under Section 2.03(c)) to be available from Collections of the Receivables for such purpose.
COLLECTION ACCOUNT SHORTFALL means, as of any Remittance Date, the amount by which (x) the Minimum Repurchase Price Installment due and payable on such Remittance Date exceeds (y) the amount of funds in the Collection Account available to pay such Minimum Repurchase Price Installment on such Remittance Date.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, over (b) the Specified Reserve Account Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Reserve Account Amount means, for any Distribution Date, the amount on deposit in and available for withdrawal from the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on the preceding Distribution Date, or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Closing Date), including all interest and other income (net of losses and investment expenses) earned on such amount during the preceding Collection Period.
