Collection Suit definition

Collection Suit means any civil action commenced in any court or other tribunal against a Consumer to attempt to collect a Debt, but does not include any post-judgment collection efforts or domestication of a judgment.
Collection Suit means any civil action commenced in any court or other tribunal by Defendant against a Consumer for the purpose of collecting any Debt.
