Collector Roads are those which connect Arterial Roads with Local Roads.
All Arterial and Collector Roads in all subareas including residential shall have a 10‐foot multi use path along one side of the road and a minimum five (5)‐foot sidewalk on the other side of the road.
Sidewalks, with street trees where possible, are required on both sides of all Collector Roads.
Collector Roads primarily provide a route between and through residential, industrial, agricultural, tourist and forest traffic nodes and the declared road network (main roads).
