Due to terrain and other physical limitations of the Property, intersections of Collector Roads and Internal Roads may be constructed at angles less than ninety degrees, provided such angle will not result in a traffic hazard.
The Ridge Entities, at such time as the Ridge Entities elect, but in no event later than the time that the last Internal Road connecting to the applicable Collector Road is dedicated, shall dedicate to the City, and the City shall accept, Collector Roads within a given Development Area.
