Collector Roads definition

Collector Roads means Class 3 and Class 4 highways as determined under the Table to section 1 of Ontario Regulation 239/02; (“routes collectrices”)
Collector Roads means rural roads which connect traffic to arterial roads and consistently have traffic volumes between 100-200 vpd.
Collector Roads means a road intended to move traffic from local roads to secondary arterials. A collector road serves a neighborhood or large subdivision and should be designed so that no residential properties face onto it.
