Column B definition

Column B shall have the meaning specified in the definition of Facility Asset Chart.

Column B. Enter their class for the school year 2019-20.  Column C: Enter the agreed school fee. If this is less than the full fee then this fee must be agreed first by completion of a Financial Assessment Form.

  • Column shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Table 1 means Table 1 of the Reporting ITS.

  • Poverty level means the annual family income for a family unit of a particular size, as specified in the poverty guidelines updated annually in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

  • Final Level means, in respect of the Index, the Closing Level on the Final Valuation Date, provided that, if the Final Valuation Date is not an Exchange Business Day, then the Final Level will be determined on the immediately preceding

  • Order Level means the price indicated in the Order.

  • Revenue Growth means the percentage change in revenue (as defined in Statement of Financial Accounting Concepts No. 6, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board) from one period to another.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term is synonymous with the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, to which Base Flood Elevations shown on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map are referenced.

  • CAGR means compound annual growth rate;

  • Price Level means the price of the Share last determined and published by the Exchange on any day (official closing price).

  • Floor Level means that stage of construction which in the completed building would constitute the walking surface of the particular floor level referred to in the table of payments.

  • Aggregate Targeted Balance With respect to any group of Targeted Principal Classes or Components and any Distribution Date, the amount set forth for such group for such Distribution Date in Schedule V hereto.

  • Schedule of Discount Fractions The schedule setting forth the Discount Fractions with respect to the Discount Mortgage Loans, attached as an exhibit to the Series Supplement.

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

  • Multiplier means the Multiplier specified in the Table.

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Highest-level owner means the entity that owns or controls an immediate owner of the offeror, or that owns or controls one or more entities that control an immediate owner of the offeror. No entity owns or exercises control of the highest level owner.

  • Annual Specified Amount means $400,000 escalated on each Anniversary Date by the percentage by which the CPI last published prior to such Anniversary Date has increased over the CPI last published prior to the grant of the Burswood Casino Licence.

  • Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers of the Licensee in a particular month, as set forth in the applicable month’s Subscriber Report (refer Schedule D).

  • Base Level means the following amounts plus the percentage

  • RTSR means the percentile rank of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return among the Total Shareholder Returns of all members of the Peer Group, ranked in descending order, at the end of the Performance Period.

  • Payout Percentage means the percentage (between 0% and 200%) determined by the Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2, which shall be used to determine the value of each Performance Unit.

  • Targeted Balance With respect to any group of Targeted Principal Classes or Components in the aggregate and any Distribution Date appearing in Schedule V hereto, the Aggregate Targeted Balance for such group and Distribution Date. With respect to any other Targeted Principal Class or Component and any Distribution Date appearing in Schedule V hereto, the applicable amount appearing opposite such Distribution Date for such Class or Component.

  • Integration Level means the Social Security taxable wage base for the Plan Year, unless the Employer elects a lesser amount in (A) or (B) below.

  • Federal poverty level means the poverty guidelines published annually in the federal register by the United States department of health and human services under its authority to revise the poverty line under section 673(2) of subtitle B of title VI of the omnibus budget reconciliation act of 1981, Public Law 97-35, 42 USC 9902.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.
