Commercial Affiliates definition

Commercial Affiliates means any entity to which FIFA or any nominee of FIFA grants any sponsorship rights in relation to, among others, the Competition, namely FIFA Partners, National Supporters and branded licensees. The term “Commercial Affiliates” excludes Media Rights Licensees.
Commercial Affiliates means any entity to which the Authority grants any marketing or commercial rights in relation to AC34, including an Event Sponsor.
Commercial Affiliates means any entity to which FIFA or any nominee of FIFA grants any sponsorship rights in relation to, among others, the Competition, including FIFA Partners, any other official sponsors granted rights for exercise on a global or territorial basis and relevant dual-branded licensees. The term “Commercial Affiliates” excludes Media Rights Licensees.

Examples of Commercial Affiliates in a sentence

  • FIFA and the LOC will provide the Commercial Affiliates with the opportunity to set up Commercial Displays, which is intended to be located within the Outer Stadium Perimeter.

  • No corkage fee or any other charge may be imposed upon FIFA or the Commercial Affiliates for any products and services supplied for, and used by the Host City, or any third party appointed by the Host City, in relation to the performance of its obligations under this Host City Agreement.

  • A major component of FIFA’s Competition branding and anti-Ambush Marketing strategies involve the use and acquisition of Outdoor Advertising Media which is used by FIFA and the LOC to install official Competition branding to create a festive atmosphere in the host cities of the Competitions and other key locations within the Host Country or to offer such inventory to the Commercial Affiliates for purchase from the owners of such inventory.

  • The Host City shall be entitled to use, but not to sublicense the right to use, the Host City Composite Logo on a reasonably small number of promotional and protocol gifts, not exceeding such maximum number per item as to be determined by FIFA at a later stage, provided that all such products are approved by FIFA beforehand and are sourced from Licensees, a preferred supplier of premiums appointed by FIFA, Commercial Affiliates or other third parties in accordance with the Host City Premium Guidelines.

  • Subject to the limitations imposed by Article 12.F of the CBA, Player may be required to make Appearances for the primary purpose of promoting Commercial Affiliates or a commercial enterprise other than the League or their Club without additional compensation (each, a “Commercial Appearance”).

  • The Stadium Authority represents and warrants that it has not concluded, and will not conclude, any agreement with any entity which would restrict or prohibit the LOC, FIFA and/or the Commercial Affiliates, FIFA’s service providers and/or other commercial rights holders from exercising their rights in relation to the Competitions.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, based on current European legislation non-UK Quintiles Commercial Affiliates would not charge local VAT to CTILS in the UK due to the operation of the reverse charge mechanism, but reserves the right to charge VAT should there be any future changes in such European legislation.

  • The LOC acknowledges that the FIS has entitled Infront to appoint timekeeping and data processing Commercial Affiliates to the FIS Championships in accordance with the contractual terms of the FIS Official Timing and Data Partner(s) Longines details of which are attached as Appendix 7.


More Definitions of Commercial Affiliates

Commercial Affiliates means all MLS or Team sponsors, product/service companies, suppliers, licensees or other entities granted by MLS a license to use MLS or Team trademarks or other commercial identification rights in connection with MLS.
Commercial Affiliates means any entities, including without limitation any Broadcast Affiliates that have acquired from the PLC rights in relation to the Commercial Rights
Commercial Affiliates means all League or Club sponsors, product/service 40 companies, suppliers, licensees or other entities granted by the League or a Club a license 41 to use League or Club trademarks or other commercial identification rights in connection 42 with the League or Club. 43 "Commercial Appearance" has the meaning ascribed to it in Article 12.D
Commercial Affiliates means any entity which signs a contract with Infront for the exploitation of the Commercial Rights and is designated as an official sponsor, supplier to, or licensee of, the FIS Championships.
