Commercial Affiliates definition

Commercial Affiliates means any entity to which FIFA or any nominee of FIFA grants any sponsorship rights in relation to, among others, the Competition, namely FIFA Partners, National Supporters and branded licensees. The term “Commercial Affiliates” excludes Media Rights Licensees.

  • Prudential Affiliate means (i) any corporation or other entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, Prudential and (ii) any managed account or investment fund which is managed by Prudential or a Prudential Affiliate described in clause (i) of this definition.
