Commercial and Development Activities definition

Commercial and Development Activities means operations of the Partnership Entities relating to sales, marketing, or other services provided to customers; operation of or proposed changes to, such Partnership Entities’ assets, and the plans and strategies dealing with the business of such Partnership Entities.

  • To the fullest extent possible, Shared Employees should avoid access to Commercial Information for any Entities for which they do not perform Commercial and Development Activities.

  • To the extent that any Shared Employee who engages in Commercial and Development Activities becomes privy to Commercial Information of any Entities for which such employee does not perform Commercial and Development Activities, such Shared Employee must report that fact and the nature of the Confidential Information to the Screening Officers who will maintain a record of the name of the person, the date of the report, and the nature of the Commercial Information obtained by the Shared Employee.

  • An advantage of this approach is its flexibility, in that it will allow the Commissioner to amend Compliance Notices in future without having to make Regulations to make new standards specifically applicable to an organisation.

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.
