Commercial driver education school definition

Commercial driver education school means a person engaged in teaching driver education for remuneration. Commercial driver education school does not include a noncommercial driver education school as defined in paragraph G.[PL 1995, c. 505, §15 (NEW); PL 1995, c. 505,
Commercial driver education school means a business enterprise conducted by an individual, association, partnership, or corporation for the education and training of fifteen year old or older students for a class D driver license and charging a consideration or tuition for such services.
Commercial driver education school means a business enterprise conducted by an individual, association, partnership, company, or corporation that charges a fee to educate and train persons to drive motor vehicles or to prepare an applicant for a Commonwealth operator license, and complies with the Department of Public Safety’s driver education requirements in this subchapter.

  • Commercial driver s license" means:

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Individualized education program or “IEP” means a written statement for a child with a disability as defined in 14 DE Admin. Code 922.

  • Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.

  • Vocational education means organized educational programs that are directly related to the preparation of individuals for paid or unpaid employment or for additional preparation for a career requiring other than a baccalaureate or advanced degree.

  • General education means the compulsory school attendance phase as referred to in section 3 of the South African Schools Act, 1996 (Act No. 84 of 1996); and

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Special education means specially designed instruction, at no cost to the parents, to meet the unique needs of a child with a disability, including--
