Commercial Market Value definition

Commercial Market Value of crops sold by Pro-Fac to Agrilink shall mean the weighted average of the prices paid by other commercial processors for similar crops used for similar or related purposes purchased under pre-season contracts and in the open market in the same or similar marketing areas. Commercial Market Value shall be determined as provided in Paragraph 7 hereof.
Commercial Market Value means Commercial Market Value determined in accordance with the Pro-Fac Marketing Agreement (as in effect on the Issue Date and whether or not in effect at the time of determination).

  • Pro-Fac shall make payment of Commercial Market Value to its members pursuant to the applicable annual crop agreements in accordance with Section 1(d) of the General Marketing Agreement between Pro-Fac and each such member.

  • Initial Market Value means, in relation to a Ship, the Market Value of that Ship calculated in accordance with the valuations relative thereto referred to in paragraph 5 of Schedule 4, Part B;
